Inspector Morse - Death Is Now My Neighbour

Morse and Lewis are drawn to a modern estate in an old Oxfordshire village when a young physiotherapist, Rachel James, is shot dead at 17 Bloxham Drive. They are called out again just 24-hours later when the resident of number 15 is shot and killed by the same gun.

The detectives' investigations begin to reveal links between the neighbours of the estate. But the murders soon take Morse and Lewis to Oxford University and the impending election for Master of Lonsdale College, presided over by the malicious retiring master, Sir Clixby Bream (Richard Briers).

This episode was originally shown in the UK on 19th November 1997.
